Recommendations of the XIII International seminar on Sobriology

In February, 2006 the Pedagogical society of Russia has issueed the third edition of the manual for the pupil and the teacher « Lessons on culture of health », consisting of four books. Authors of the manual are professor Mayurov A., the president of the International Academy of Sobriety and Mayurov J., the president of Youth anti-drug federation Russia. A series from four books contains development of various variants of lessons of sobriety and health in 7 - 11 classes. The first volume is devoted to common questions of healthy way of life. The second volume - to questions of a tobacco smoking and bound to these problems. The third volume narrates about alcoholic tragedy and escaping of a drunk circle. In the fourth volume technologies of overcoming of narcotic dependence and formation of the sober person reveal. Total amount of four books is about 900 pages. In books questions of physical, mental and spiritual health are surveyed. The main attention is given to the problems of narcotism and formation of the sober person.
